Ingredients

  • 2 shots — Rum

  • 1 shot — Lime Juice

  • 1 shot — Egg White

  • 1 dash — Bitters

  • Ground — Sugar

  • Top — Nutmeg

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and strain into a collins glass. Use Caribbean dark Rum for a sweeter taste.
